One More Before Bed...

Well, I put this one together real quick this evening. I didn't add much to it because I thought it looked okay with out any embellishments. I used white glitter cardstock as the base and under the brown oval. It doesn't show up very well in the scan, but is very cute in person. This stamp is from the Christmas Critters set from Penny Black. I also used the CB Christmas Ornaments Embossing Folder.

Tis the Season

Well, I'm back with more Christmas cards. I am totally getting into the mood for the holidays. Roe and I were at Wal~mart Friday morning at 6 AM! We got everything we were after. Since we waited awhile and weren't there at 5AM, it didn't seem quite as crazy. We shopped around town until about 10AM, then came on home. We munched on leftover Thanksgiving sweets, then went back to bed for a couple of hours. Today, Roe and the kids are putting lights on the house. The tree went up last night. Now... the wrapping! Ugg!
Don't you just love this little snail? I hate slugs! (bad experience from the past), but thought this stamp from Penny Black was adorable. He is just simply called Christmas Snail. I used Red Stickles on the dots on his back and Silver Stickles on his hat.
My little kitty friend is from Penny Black's Christmas Critters Clear Stamps. He looks like he may have just eaten a mouse. I also used this week's sfytt from iheart2stamp.com on both cards.
Enjoy!

Owl is Bright

How cute is this little guy from Penny Black? I love this image. He was very fun to work with. Brekyn and I both love owls, so we are beginning to establish quite a collection! I hope you like him as much as I do. Check back for more Christmas cards later.

Thanksgiving Cards

Happy Thanksgiving! I know its been a while since I posted. I've been busy with life! I made these cards for my close family and just wanted to share them. I used many sketch challenges found on blogs and SCS and a variety of papers and stamps. You can also see my gallery on SCS for more information on each card. I hope you enjoy these!

Much to my my husband's disappointment, I have been gathering supplies (paper, stamps, embellishments) for several weeks to make my Christmas cards and crafts. So, check back every so often to see the results of my new goodies!
Thanks for looking.

Count Your Blessings!

As usual, I have used Jen's SFYTT (iheart2stamp.com). For this first card I made the card vertical. I think this stamp set is so elegant.
Stamps: CTMH's Harvest Memories, November Word Puzzle and SU's Fall Harves Wheel.
Paper & Colors: cocoa, sweet leaf, autumn terracotta, colonial white.
And Cuttle Bug's Pumpkin Harvest Embossing Folder

This next card uses the same sketch turned horizontally. I can't remember where I found these wonderful little crystal flowers. I like to use them to make my simple cards look gawdy! I used the same accessories on both cards except, the teddy bear stamp is from TAC. I cut out the pumpkins in some old CTMH B&T. I think they are so cute.

Hope you enjoy today's post! PLease leave a comment if you did!
